Heat Exchanger Cleanings
The Metro Group is your one-stop-shop for all things in your mechanical room. Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers are often overlooked in a preventative maintenance program. Proper care of your Heat Exchanger often isn’t thought about until it too late; when you have a problem. Proper care includes an annual chemical cleaning, coupled with an annual, or every-two-year physical cleaning.
The Metro Group’s service for Heat Exchangers includes:
- Chemical cleanings
- On-site physical cleaning
- Pressure washing each plate
- Visual inspection
- Gasket realignment and/or replacement
- Properly close and test for leaks
- Plate replacement
