Responsibilities include:
· Scheduling and dispatching of work tickets to the Service Team
· Optimization of workflow routing
· Coordination of workflow between Sales & Service Teams
· Support Service Team with appointment setting & inventory
· Handle in-coming customer service phone calls and emails
