Administrative Assistant -Wilmington, MA

The Metro Group, Inc., is an established, successful, premier Building Service company founded in 1925. Our services include water treatment, water services & testing, regulatory compliance, and various other valuable building services. We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant.  This person will provide support through a variety of different tasks while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in the office.  This position is being filled immediately!

Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Basic data entry and order processing
  • Handling daily shipments (UPS/FedEx)
  • Administrative sales support to Sales Personnel; includes creating/writing proposals, requesting Certificates of Insurance and similar tasks
  • Answering and properly directing phone calls
  • Faxing, filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment

Dispatcher/Service Coordinator-Wilmington, MA

The Metro Group, Inc., a successful, established Water Treatment & Service Company, is seeking qualified candidates for a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator position. As an integral part of the Service Department, this position will work closely with Management and will have cross-departmental exposure and functionality in Operations, Sales and Support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for career growth. Service operation hours are Mon – Fri, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with no obligations for after-hours or on-call scheduling. Responsibilities include:

· Scheduling and dispatching of work tickets to the Service Team

· Optimization of workflow routing

· Coordination of workflow between Sales & Service Teams

· Support Service Team with appointment setting & inventory

· Handle in-coming customer service phone calls and emails

Requirements:

- Responsible for service/testing/sampling of heating and cooling systems

Service Technician-HVAC & Water Treatment-Entry level & Experienced - Wilmington, MA

Building Solutions for our clients since 1925, Metro is one of the oldest, most established Water Treatment companies in the business and also one of the fastest growing.
